Conceptual and Art Direction for Nordstrom Rack’s “This is my style.” seasonal campaign video and photography, with national placements across Hulu, YouTube Pre-Roll, social, digital advertising, OOH, and In-store video signage. Creative direction focused on an individual expression of style through a contemporary lens of authenticity and uniqueness. These ads were selected to appear on the YouTube leaderboard for excellence in Fashion Retail.
Catalog, homepage take-over, email, and digital advertising featuring art direction for “What Moves You” Men’s and Women’s active and streetwear editorials. A broad cast set in an architecturally minimal location help push impressions of brands like Nike, Adidas, and Ivy Park.
Superbloom is an all natural skin care line based on the power of real plant botanicals. I developed art direction for all marketing assets from launch including video, site, email, and social placements. Macro images of flowers petals and kaleidoscopic animations evoke the science behind the products.
I was asked to create a template for a low-lift, easily replicable concept for a How-to-Wear video series for Nordstorm Rack. I developed and directed this video series, showcasing trend-based concepts hitting Paid Social channels. Episodes were earning 500,000+ views and unprecedented 90 – 95% completion rates.
I was hired by iconic brand Banana Republic to direct and elevate in-store marketing. As Director of Global Windows & In-store Creative, I led the development of all seasonal and product marketing display, windows, imagery, signage, and graphics for 600+ international stores. I was hands-on with typography, layout, 3-D prop construction, and creative direction to a team of designers and external vendors.
While working with Nordstrom, I executed a TON of studio photography. These examples show how I added life and energy to simple studio sets through fun direction to our talent.
I was hired to rebrand this women’s fashion line in 2005. I continued to art direct all photography and graphic design for seasonal campaigns, look books, websites, trade show signage, and print advertising in Vogue and Elle publications.
