Interior designer and TV personality Jeremiah Brent created beautiful product collections for Grove Collaborative that quickly became customer faves. MJC provided conceptual, art, and design direction for two seasons of these collaborations with a 360˚ approach, pulling all marketing levers for this DTC environmentally conscious retailer.
Grove uses Content Management Systems for all landing page creation. I worked within Contentful to create dynamic site pages for desktop and mobile that introduced Jeremiah and the collection.
Email & CRM
Email was the primary business driver for these collections. Multiple sends were created to introduce both Jeremiah and the product assortment to existing customers, driving to the Landing Pages.
MJC worked with the Grove Social team to support the collection launch across multiple channels with brand and product feature posts. Creative relied heavily upon image and video to engage and educate new customers.
App & Shop Page
The Grove App is a crucial part of the customer journey. Collection-centered features were leveraged to promote cross-category shopping.
In a unique take on customer engagement, we collaborated with Jeremiah to create a downloadable playlist of his favorite tracks that resonated with the themes behind the collections.
